Renting with admove

All things property since 2015

You're in safe hands with us

Renting a property with admove is designed to be as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Found a property you love? Just call our Rentals team to book a viewing. If you can see yourself living there, complete the pre-application forms and we’ll be in touch once the vetting process is complete. (With high demand, this may take a few days.)

We handle all negotiations on your behalf, so once everything is agreed, all you need to do is sign the paperwork, pay your deposit (plus the first month’s rent), and collect your keys on moving day.

Before you move in, our Rentals team will have thoroughly checked the property to ensure it’s clean, tidy, and fully compliant. A detailed photographic inventory on our fully managed properties gives you complete peace of mind, knowing that your interests are protected.

If anything needs attention during your tenancy, simply contact our team and we’ll aim to get it resolved. When it’s time to move out, just make sure the property is in the same condition as when you arrived.

It really is that simple. You’re in safe hands with us. We take pride in doing things exceptionally well—every time.

Tenant fees

Holding Deposit –  one week’s rent and payable once your application has been accepted on a property, subject to references. This takes the property off the market and begins the referencing process. This deposit is redeemable against your overall deposit. If you provide false or misleading information, or you are unable to pass the referencing process, this holding deposit is non-refundable. However, if the landlord decides not to offer you a tenancy for reasons unconnected with the above, then your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

Security Deposit – a security deposit of 5 weeks’ rent will be taken. This will cover any damages or defaults on your part during your tenancy. (If the tenancy has a total rent of over £50,000 per year, then a deposit of 6 weeks’ rent will be taken.)
