We begin with a free, no-obligation valuation to assess your home and understand your selling goals.

We can provide guidance on how to prepare your home for sale including staging tips and repairs that could increase value.

Step 2 – Listing

We’ll create a bespoke advert with professional photos, descriptions, and floorplan that highlight your home’s unique features. At this point, you can take advantage of our Premium Marketing package. 

Step 4 – Marketing

Our team uses a multi-channel approach to market your property, ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers.

Step 5 – Negotiation & Sale

We handle all negotiations and work hard to get you the best price possible. Our job isn’t done until you’re happy with the results and the keys are handed over to the new owner. 

Pay £1,500, save money and pay nothing on completion.

This package is perfect for the ‘DIY’ seller. We advertise the property and we book the viewings in at a suitable time for you, the seller to do. Our experienced team will negotiate the best price as well as assisting throughout the conveyancing stages of the sale

We then manage everything until completion

If you need us to carry out the viewings, this can be done at an exrta cost. 

A percentage of the final selling price with a full agency service and accompanied viewings. Your fee is only payable once your sale has completed.

This package is no sale, no fee with zero financial risk.
