2015
After months of planning, admove was founded by Charlie Green and Mike Chung operating from the spare bedroom in our parents house. Day after day we hand delivered flyers, letters and told everyone what we had to offer and that we had arrived. After months of hard work and persistence, property listings were gained and our bright orange boards hit the streets which was certainly a talking point in Lymm village. The company went from strength to strength over the next few months and we took on our first employee, Nathan who i’m proud to say, it still still the company 10 years later and is now the branch manager.
2016
We signed for our very first office above a deli and went on to win the Gold award at the British Property Awards for Warrington. At this time, we didn’t offer a service for lettings, but we would be constantly selling properties to landlords who would then use another agent to rent them out which didn’t make any sense to us.
Admove’s lettings and property management division was set up shortly into 2016 providing a much-needed cost effecting service to landlords.
2017
We moved to our 1000sqft office in one of Lymms most prominent locations, number 2 Church road. The office was renovated throughout before our opening which allowed our company to sore new heights and expand into a team of five which then went on to dominate Lymm and surrounding areas.
We were also very proud to win Gold at the British Property Awards for the following regions; Warrington, Cheshire, North overall and were also shortlisted in the Top Five Estate Agents in the UK.
2018
We were on the hunt for our second office, we found our second location on Manchester Road which again was on one of the most prominent positions in Altrincham. This was the perfect location on a main road into Manchester with a great presence.
After a refurbishment, we opened mid-May preparing to take the area by storm and spread our wings into all surrounding areas.
2019
We were also shortlisted at the prestigious Negotiator Awards for North West agent of the year and hybrid agent of the year. Although we didn’t win, this was a great achievement for us as we were up against some multi-million pound companies.
2020 & 2021
No one likes talking about 2020 and 2021 but for us, it was a chance to refresh the business. Just before ‘Lockdown’ we were about to sign leases for two offices in different locations which would bring us up to 4 offices.
After carefull consideration, we decided not to go ahead with these offices and also chose to merge our Lymm and Altrincham one together.
In 2021, we won gold at The British Property Awards and were voted the No:1 agent in Altrincham. This is something we are particularly proud of considering the challenged of operating a business during COVID.
2022
This was a fantastic year for us, infact, record breaking. We had a huge number of sales go through us ranging from a fair few low value investment properties right up to a multi-million pound off market deal.
This was also a great year for our property management side of the business as we acquired a number are large landlords which intern, has led us to to manage blocks of apartments in Manchester City Centre.
Another year, another award! Voted No:1 in Altrincham by The British Property Awards for Altrincham.
2023 & 2024
For the property market, these years weren’t great. High interest rates and low confidence are a bad combination… but, we like a challenge.
We noticed that although the prices tenants paid in rent were going up, the buy to let market was falling. We took this opportunity to set up a separate side to the company and NobleTwo was born. This is a sister company to Admove where we offer instant purchase for any property in any condition.
At this point, we feel like Ant and Dec at the TV Choice Awards. We were voted the No:1 agent in Altrincham at the British Property Awards (again!). Joking aside, we are immensely proud of these awards.
